- is there an index.html or index.htm in each and every folder?

- are all pages and images uploaded on the hosting server?

- the test should be made on the Internet (http://www.mysite.com) and not in local (c:///mysite), from several different places and computers.

- don’t leave under construction pages behind. Don’t put them at all and leave them for a next update of the site. The « under construction » tells only one thing to the audience : the web site is not professional !

- you can offer a gift to the first visitors of the site (using a Form Mail type of form to identify them for instance)
